Petro-Chem Process and Field Services Group (PC-PFS) has on staff, engineers and designers who were instrumental in the development of Ultralow NOx internal flue gas recirculation burner technology. In addition to our experience in this method of NOx reduction, we have also developed our own SCR systems.  Petro-Chem-PFS also perform field testing and modeling of fired heaters / furnace to provide operational audits, solutions for operational problems, NOx reduction, improve capacity, increase efficiency, et al.

Toll-free (USA only) is provided to operator requiring rapid repair or replacement of equipment damaged by fire or explosion.

Process Designs
Process design and computer modeling service are available with emphasis in Black Oil processing - analysis of crude (CDU), vacuum (VDU), delayed coking (DCU) and visbreaking heaters. Using proprietary tube side and fire side models, the cause of accelerated rates of coking and premature shutdowns because of high tube skin temperatures can be determined and solutions found.

Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) is one of the branches of fluid mechanics that uses numerical methods and algorithms to solve and analyze problems that involve fluid flows.  This tool is very useful to investigate fluid distribution and furnace firebox conditions.
