Petro-Chem Process and Field Services division (PC-PFS) experienced
staff utilizes innovative solutions and out of the box thinking to take
on the most difficult challenges in modifying existing equipments.
Improving overall performance of existing earlier generation units and
reducing fuel consumption and NOx emission are projects in which PC-PFS
has proven to lead the industry.
Debottlenecking and capacity expansion are projects which PC-PFS excels.
By applying innovative approaches, most of the fired heaters can be
renovated to achieve 20-30% capacity increase with modest capital costs.
Besides thousands of Petro-Chem heaters in operations, Petro-Chem is
also the
owner of the intellectual properties of former fired heaters
suppliers, among which include,
Econo-Therm,
Waste Heat Engineering, WHECO, and K.W. Anderson. Modifying existing equipment is not limited
to Petro-Chem’s heaters; servicing other manufacturers' equipment is
included as well.
To provide needed services to our global clients, Petro-Chem will also provide service and perform major revamp on other manufacturers’
equipment.
