Management Team -
Company Structure
The Company’s management team is
highly experienced in the research, design, development,
implementation and manufacturing of process heaters and
furnaces. The majority of the team has extensive experience in
general business operations, and all managers have experience in
their respective fields. The following is a list of key
management accompanied by brief biographies:

Anthony T. Limpe, Chairman:
Anthony T. Limpe joined Petro-Chem in 1961 as a Process
Engineer and became President and CEO in 1970. In his
40+ years career at Petro-Chem, Mr. Limpe has worked in
many different disciplines within the company and has
personally designed over 1,000 process heaters. He has
been involved with process engineering, thermal rating,
cost estimation, start-up, sales management and general
management of the operation worldwide. Currently he
serves as the Chairman of the company. Mr. Limpe was
also one of the original members of the API Subcommittee
on Fired Heaters. |

Stephen T. Limpe, Chief Executive Officer & President:
Stephen T. Limpe
has
served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of
the Company since January 2004. From 1999 until 2003
Mr. Limpe served as President and Chief Executive
Officer and a Director, and previously as Executive Vice
President and Chief Financial Officer, of beenz.com
inc., a global, internet currency business. From 1994
until 1999 Mr. Limpe and served as the President and
Chief Executive Officer of Acoustiguide Corp., the
world’s leading supplier of self-guided audio tours in
museums and historic sites, in which he was a principle
investor. In 1990, Mr. Limpe co-founded Vestrock
Partners, a New York based private equity firm and
served as a member of Vestrock and its successor Gefinor
(USA) Inc. until 1994. Prior to that, Mr. Limpe worked
in the Investment Banking division of Merrill Lynch &
Co. where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions,
leveraged finance, and general corporate finance. Mr.
Limpe received his M.B.A. from the University of Chicago
Graduate School of Business and his B.S. from the
Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Patrick S. Chang, Senior
Vice President, Production:
Patrick S. Chang is responsible for all after sales activities,
including project management, engineering, procurement
services and inspections. He also oversees our Indian
affiliate and member of the Board of that company. Mr.
Chang’s background in designing nuclear power plants
prior to joining Petro-Chem provides for in-depth
understanding and unparallel skills in structural
designs, project management and overall supervisions of
Petro-Chem’s production operations.
Mr.
Chang has been in the industry for over 15 years.

Christopher C. Eley, Senior Vice President, Sales &
Marketing:
Christopher C. Eley has served
as Senior Vice President. Sales & Marketing of the
Company since July 2006. From 2001 until 2006 Mr. Eley
served as Vice President, Business Development, of KTI
Corp., a division of Technip USA. Mr. Eley was a founding member of the
Houston office of KTI, and served various roles ranging
from engineering, estimating and in-house sales support
from 1990 to 1994. In 1994 Mr. Eley moved into sales and
served various roles ranging from Sales Engineer to
Manager of Sales. Prior to his employment at KTI Mr.
Eley worked at Energy Technology, Inc. (ENTEC) as a
field service engineer. ENTEC was a supplier for fired
heaters to the refineries, pipelines and gas plants. In
this role he was responsible for all activities related
to the service division such as troubleshooting,
estimating, sales, and project management. Mr. Eley
received his B.S.M.E. from Texas Tech University in
1988.

William
T. Bredin, Vice President & Chief Financial Officer:
William T. Bredin joined Petro-Chem in 1980 as
Manager of Accounting. Promoted to position of
Controller in 1986 and VP/CFO in 1998. Mr. Bredin has
over 25 years of experience in all phases of accounting
and administration. He directs and oversees all the
financial activities of the Company including our
international affiliates. Mr. Bredin is also
member of the Board of Directors of Petro-Chem Korea
Ltd.

David E. Goodman, Treasurer
and Director MIS:
David E. Goodman
joined Petro-Chem in January 2004 within
the Finance and Administration Department where he has
company wide responsibility for technology, cash
management, treasury functions and management
reporting. Mr. Goodman is also involved with corporate
development activities for Petro-Chem. In 1999 Mr.
Goodman was the Treasurer and Vice President of
Corporate Development for beenz.com responsible for
financial budgeting and forecasting along with worldwide
cash and treasury management. From 1992 through 1999,
Mr. Goodman was the Chief Financial Officer for King,
Pagano & Harrison, a midsized law firm, as well as a
litigation consultant. As the Chief Financial Officer
David was responsible for all the firms polices and
procedures, including the accounting, reporting,
analysis, budgeting, technology, and human resources.
Prior to King, Pagano & Harrison, Mr. Goodman was a
litigation Consultant with Bickel & Brewer another law
firm the predecessors of King, Pagano & Harrison. From
1988 through 1991, Mr. Goodman was a consultant for
Andersen Consulting. Mr. Goodman received his M.B.A. in
Finance, from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern
School of Business and his BS degree in Economics from
Cornell University.

Sandeep A. Dandekar, Vice President &
Director of Proposals:
Sandeep A. Dandekar is responsible for
Company's proposal activities and head of
Thermal/Process Group. Mr. Dandekar oversees
coordination and has operational control of all proposal
activities, and liaises with international affiliates to
insure design and pricing consistencies. Mr.
Dandekar manages the Company's cost engineering and
assists in vendor and subcontractor solicitation,
negotiation, and selection analysis.

Ilija D. Radisic, Vice President &
Director of Corporate Purchasing:
Ilija D. Radisic
joined Petro Chem Development Co., Inc. in 2001 as
Director of Corporate Purchasing and promoted to
position of Vice President in 2006. Mr. Radisic has over
15 years of international experience in all phases of
strategic planning, management operations, leadership in
goal-setting, business development, supplier
relationship, product sourcing and purchasing. Mr.
Radisic is responsible to set corporate procurement
policy and supervise company worldwide activities
including sourcing / purchasing / expediting /
trafficking. His department is responsible to secure
the required products and services for all Petro-Chem’s
projects within the project requirements, budget and
schedules set forth by project management. Mr. Radisic
received his B.S. degree in Engineering from
Electro-Engineering University, Belgrade (former
Yugoslavia) in 1988.
