Petro-Chem’s
in-house instrument group offers complete furnace control
systems including fuel management skids, burner piping and
furnace instrumentation. These control systems can be
supplied as stand-alone systems or as components for
integration into the plant DCS
Our packages include complete
burner controls for single or multiple burner applications
such as those required in delayed cokers and EDC Pyrolysis
furnaces. These systems can include air preheater, SCR and
DeSOx controls.
We offer custom designed
systems that include fuel skids with automatic safety and
control valves, piping, regulators, pressure sensors,
isolator valves, etc. These systems are tailored to meet
specific customer requirements.
For those customers without
in-house instrumentation engineers, we also offer
Petro-Chem’s standard systems that comply with national
codes and electrical area classifications.
